RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

1. We accept exchange in cases of “wrongly delivered” or “defective” items. In this event, we would bear full cost of delivery to effect such exchange. 
P.S——> In this case, we must be notified within 20hrs after shipment delivery📌 Item(s) must remain “unused” and should be in our original packaging. 
 
2. Not notified about Number 1 within 20hrs after shipment delivery, considers the item(s) as used and would not be exchanged. 
 
3. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of item(s) that has been obviously used or damaged by the client.
 
4. We offer refund for item(s) that are out of stock(bank charges apply) 
P.S—> please, confirm availability of the item(s) when you’re about to make payment.
 
5. We allow exchange to be made by client for any cogent reason, subject to notifying us within 20hrs upon receipt of the item and provided that the item is available. 💯 
However, the cost of effecting the exchange would be borne by the client and there would not refund in this case.

NOTE:
Item must remain unused without any form of scratch or defect. If not, exchange will not be made.
